Aug 30, 2023

A total of 25 photographs of water birds, taken entirely in the province of Albacete.

The exhibition will be open until 26 September 2023.

From 1 September 2023, Ricardo Beléndez, director of the Teatro Circo and manager of Cultural Albacete, will be exhibiting his collection of bird photographs, entitled “¡Al agua, pájaros!” (To the water, birds!), in the Exhibition Hall of the Botanical Garden of Castilla-La Mancha.

Through this exhibition, Beléndez aims to highlight the importance of water for birds, and it will feature a wide variety of species using this fluid to drink or clean themselves. With it, the author seeks to promote love and respect for nature and, in particular, for the amazing world of birds.

The opening will take place at 6.30 pm on Friday 1 September and will include a free guided tour of the Botanical Garden for those attending the event. The tour will end in the Exhibition Hall of the institution's social building, where Ricardo Beléndez will present his exhibition.

The photography exhibition will be open to visitors from Tuesday to Sunday, in the mornings from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and in the afternoons from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
