On these two lawns, separated from each other by one of the terraces of the fruit tree collection, where the plum trees are located, we find ornamental flora that withstands the climatic and soil conditions of the city of Albacete well.

The collection includes tall trees such as the Virginia tulip tree (Liriodendron tulipifera), the horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) and the red horse chestnut (Aesculus x carnea). They are accompanied by shrubs of varying heights with striking flowers, especially lilacs (Syringa) and crape myrtles (Lagerstroemia indica), as well as magnolias, genus Magnolia.
